Online safety confirmation
The university conducts safety confirmation for students as needed in the event of an earthquake (seismic intensity of 5 or higher), ballistic missile alert, or a special warning such as heavy rain, heavy snow, wind storm, or volcanic eruption. Even if not involved in the disaster at all, student must respond to the safety confirmation e-mail.
The responses will help Gunma University understand the situation of the students and will be used as basic data for considering measures to support students.
In addition, we conduct a safety confirmation reply drill once a year. Student will receive a training email to the university-Gmail account. They must respond to the training email so that you will be able to answer in case of emergency.
The training will be announced in advance via the KYOMU system.
